This Sales Administrator role offers a good basic salary and benefits, but also offers a super opportunity - if you have previous sales admin experience - to learn new skills to add to your existing experience!  Do you like a fast pace?  Do you have good sales ability and strong admin skills preferably of a technical nature? As the Sales Administrator - you will be working for an Independent Design and Manufacturing Specialist, who are a leader in their field with a Global presence!  They have been established for approx. 40 years and are committed to quality, reliability and superior customer service.

As the Sales Administrator, your duties will include:

Sales Duties:

  • Taking customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Providing Quotations via email
  • Contact customers to discuss the quote and to see if accepted
  • Processing orders

Other Duties Include:

  • Keeping client records up to date via database
  • Organising deliveries to site
  • Arranging transport
  • Ordering Stationary
  • General Office Admin

I would be very excited to speak with you if you have:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Administrator
  • Excellent Telephone Manner
  • Strong Computer skills - Excel, Word, PDF and Outlook - all essential
  • Ability to be flexible and help out other team members
  • Solid Administration experience
  • Confident and strong communication skills essential
  • A technical background would be useful or a technical mind due to the product
