I am currently working with a Somerset based organisation that is a leading player in the manufacturing sector, who are seeking to recruit proven Maintenance Manager to lead and develop its team and maintenance strategy.

Duties of a Maintenance Manager

You will be required to lead the team providing “hands off” technical support whilst also developing the use of preventative maintenance strategies and a continuous improvement ethos.

Requirements of a Maintenance Manager

The position of Maintenance Manager will require you to have a proven track record in developing maintenance structures, where your individual input into the business has seen improvements in plant reliability, production volume, staff retention and overall profitability. 

It is essential that you have supported a team of Maintenance Engineers as a Manager, ideally in a number of manufacturing sectors, where you have championed continuous improvement and managed plant related CAPEX projects. 

Preference is given to candidates that have a have climbed the ranks of Maintenance from an Apprentice level.   

The role is commutable from Bath, Chippenham, Frome, Salisbury, Swindon, Warminster & Wells

We are seeking to recruit a Maintenance Engineering Storeperson to support our plant maintenance and reliability team at our operation within the London region.

Duties of a Maintenance Engineering Storeperson

As a Maintenance Engineering Storeperson you will be solely responsible for running the Engineering Stores which contain over 15,000 various engineering consumables and electrical / mechanical components that are used by the Maintenance Team on a daily basis. 

The stores system at present is going through the process of being automated, therefore if you have experience of working CMMS software such as SAP, Shires or Maximo you will feel at home.

Requirements of a Maintenance Engineering Storeperson

To be successful in your application you must: - 

  • Have previous experience running a Stores Department within an Engineering, Manufacturing or Production Environment.
  • Have experience of working with Computerised Stores Systems.
  • Have experience of performing and logging Stock Audits    
  • Must be Pc literate. 

In return for your skills and experience the company offer a negotiable salary in the region of £28,000 - £30,000 excellent holiday entitlement and company pension. 

This role is commutable from Buckhurst, Cheshunt, East Barnet, Enfield, Loughton, Woodford & Wood Green

We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer on behalf of a Precision Engineering company. This is a multi-skilled role that will include Maintenance on machinery and facilities both Electrical and Mechanical. 

This is a day’s role with a salary of £35,000 depending on experience, 25 days holiday and free parking on site.

Along with an NVQ Level 3/ ONC/ City & Guilds the ideal candidate/ Maintenance Engineer must have previous experience with Electrical equipment including PLC controls and CNC machinery is desirable.

  • Ensure, through regular checks; the power, lighting, LEV and water systems are maintained.
