This Aluminium Window Fabricators role will involve but not be limited to: 

  • Experience with Smarts systems
  • Experience with Senior Systems
  • Experience with Comar Systems (although we don’t use Comar, that is the closest system to our own in-house system).
  • Experience using a manual non-CNC router.
  • Any fitting experience

Essential experience required for this Aluminium Window Fabricators role:

  • Experience in manufacturing Aluminium doors, windows, and curtain wall
  • Someone who can fabricate doors from drawings, cut the bars, fabricate the job, glaze in the glass and have it ready to go.
  • Glazing experience
  • Ability to read drawings and cutting sheets
  • Able to use measuring equipment
  • Ability to use mitre saw
  • Able to work on own initiative, and sometimes tight deadlines
  • Willingness to ‘chip in’ in other areas – as we are a small company

Hours and salary for this Aluminium Fabricators role:

  • Monday – Thursday 8 – 4.30 with 30 mins for lunch and 15 min break.
  • Friday 8 – 3.30 from 1st August 2021
  • Salary - £12 to £14 per hour (DOE)

This Workshop Engineers role will involve but not be limited to: 

  • Identify the equipment, investigate the fault and repair required.

  • Monday – Friday - 8am to 4.30pm with 30 mins for lunch

I am currently recruiting for an experience Applications Engineer for my client in the West Midlands:

This Application Engineers role will involve but not be limited to: 

  • Meeting the cycle times required to achieve the levels of output required for production.
  • Achieve the required levels of quality for PPAP and capability.
  • Generate N.C. programmes
  • Setting up hydraulic fixtures and proving out cutting tools 
  • Optimise machine utilisation and performance.
  • Programme on Fanuc and Siemens 840D

  • Receive instructions as appropriate, to ensure that the correct work is expedited to the required levels of workmanship.

Essential experience required for this Applications Engineers role:

  • Proven experience in programming CNC milling machine is essential along with tool making experience. Having experience of a Motorsport/Automotive/Aerospace industry where the work has been unsupervised, you will be a time served machinist used to working to high tolerances and preference will be given to those who have a FANUC or Siemens 840 SL and PL programming experience. 
  • It is expected you know how to read engineering drawings and use measuring equipment, understand tolerances and do your own self checking.

Purpose of a Design Engineer:
