As the Export Specialist / Customer Service Administrator your duties will include: 

  • Coordinate the preparation of all export documentation.
  • Issuing Shipping Instructions
  • Plan dispatches for the week / month ensuring smooth deliveries 
  • Monitor production schedules, ensuring all deliveries are on time 
  • Receive customer orders and enter onto the MAP system and sending order confirmation to customers
  • Maintain Goods order forecasts on excel spreadsheets 
  • Administrative support for all sales information, including pricing, outstanding orders, reports and budget forms 
  • Dealing with all customer enquiries/requests in a professional, efficient, and timely manner
  • Coordinate transport for collection and delivery to ensure efficient cost effective and on time as per    customer needs

  • YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS ESPORT ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE AND UNDERSTAND ALL RELEVANT PAPERWORK – this is essential
  • A strong knowledge and experience of Excel spreadsheets is also essential

  • Have an understanding of Origin of preference and preparing of relevant documentation
  • Understanding of all modes of transport and documentation required

As the Assistant Accountant your duties will include: 

  • Assist with producing of monthly management accounts to trial balance
  • Management and control of the cashbooks to bank statements on a daily basis
  • Management of Ledgers 
  • Reconciliations and Accruals / Prepayments
  • VAT return - Monthly
  • Monthly Intra-stat returns and EU sales list

The Customer Service Advisor role is a really varied, exciting position, it’s a mix of Sales, Purchasing and much more!

Your key duties would be:

  • Handling of incoming Sales calls / customer enquiries regarding products, raise and progress orders, right through to their delivery.

A fast paced and busy manufacturer of electrical consumer goods are currently seeking a new member for their Production Planning Team, to start on a 3 month Fixed Term basis, but with the potential of the post also being converted into a permanent position during or after the 3 months.

The role is for a Production Planner to get involved in the preparation, proposal and control of the MPS (Master Production Schedule) in line with customer requirements and company objectives, whilst also planning the maintenance and control of the daily Assembly schedules.

Main Duties of a Production Planner 

  • Coordinating the preparation of Operating Planning, three monthly firm Assembly schedule, and four monthly forecast Assembly schedules.
  • Advising on schedule trends and proposing changes as necessary to meet both the Customer requirements and the company’s objectives regarding efficiency.
  • Coordination of the daily schedule for Assembly advising any deviation from the schedule and proposed recovery plans.

Maintenance Engineer Role Description

  • In this role you will be carrying out mechanical and electrical planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across the site.
  • You will be joining an existing Maintenance Team and will be following a DAYS 4on/4off shift pattern over a 7 day rota working 12 hour shifts 6am – 6pm.
  • You will also be required to take part in an out of hours on call rota following your probation period. Additional payments will apply for this should you be called out.
  • This is an integral role to ensure minimal downtime and reduced engineering costs.

Maintenance Engineer Skills and Qualifications

  • Successful candidates will ideally hold a timeserved Apprenticeship and will have both mechanical and electrical engineering aptitude, supported by qualifications. 17th or 18th Edition wiring regulations would also be of benefit, but not essential.
  • I would be keen to hear from Maintenance Engineers, Technicians, or Maintenance Electricians who have experience supporting plant machinery within either Logistics/Distribution or food production settings.
  • If you hold good communication skills, are flexible, able to work independently, and are keen to contribute to the development plans of this growing organisation then we would love to hear from you!

This Maintenance Engineer position is commutable from: Stoke on Trent, Crewe, Telford, Shrewsbury, Wrexham and surrounding areas.
