As the Export Specialist / Customer Service Administrator your duties will include: 

  • Coordinate the preparation of all export documentation.
  • Issuing Shipping Instructions
  • Plan dispatches for the week / month ensuring smooth deliveries 
  • Monitor production schedules, ensuring all deliveries are on time 
  • Receive customer orders and enter onto the MAP system and sending order confirmation to customers
  • Maintain Goods order forecasts on excel spreadsheets 
  • Administrative support for all sales information, including pricing, outstanding orders, reports and budget forms 
  • Dealing with all customer enquiries/requests in a professional, efficient, and timely manner
  • Coordinate transport for collection and delivery to ensure efficient cost effective and on time as per    customer needs

  • YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS ESPORT ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE AND UNDERSTAND ALL RELEVANT PAPERWORK – this is essential
  • A strong knowledge and experience of Excel spreadsheets is also essential
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Have an understanding of Origin of preference and preparing of relevant documentation
  • Understanding of all modes of transport and documentation required
  • Understanding and Knowledge of Letter of Credits
  • Understanding CPC’s
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions within defined parameters.
  • Take on other reasonable tasks as and when requested by supervisor or the department manager.
  • Ensure compliance with all SOX, ISO9001 and ISO14001 procedures and regulations.

As the Assistant Accountant your duties will include: 

  • Assist with producing of monthly management accounts to trial balance
  • Management and control of the cashbooks to bank statements on a daily basis
  • Management of Ledgers 
  • Reconciliations and Accruals / Prepayments
  • VAT return - Monthly
  • Monthly Intra-stat returns and EU sales list
  • Support with reparation of monthly / quarterly / yearly finance pack
  • Assist with Variance analysis

  • Previous Experience as an Assistant Accountant or within a management accounts function
  • Ideally you will be a Graduate in Accounting & Finance / AAT Qualified
  • You will be Part Qualified ACCA / CIMA
  • Computer literacy is very important including knowledge of Sage 200 and Excel
  • You will have a good understanding of the month end process
  • Professional, Analytical with a good attention to detail 
  • Excellent Organisational skills and communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities

  • The Estimator will have the ability to read technical tender drawings, extracting and pricing materials including labour pricing for fabrication.  
  • Generate quotation documents, liaising with customers and clients. 
  • Building up a consistent system of market pricing and various activities and updating pricing systems accordingly. 
  • Building relationships to achieve new business opportunities with the Sales Engineers (ideally if they have existing contacts to bring with them all the better).

Candidate Specification

  • Proven Estimator experience.
  • Good knowledge/experience of the steel fabrication sector and the industries that feed into it.
  • Strong time management and planning skills, meticulous attention to detail, good IT skills. 
  • Excellent financial and numerical skills and sound commercial awareness.

Salary and Hours 

  • £30,000 - £35,000 negotiable, dependant on experience
  • Monday – Thursday, 7:45am to 4:45pm, 2:15pm finish on Fridays

In this role you will be responsible for controlling a supplier portfolio to ensure that materials are delivered on time in full managing all data and communication between the plant and Supplier

DUTIES

  • Using MRP / SAP to ensure optimised material requirements planning is achieved.
  • Maintain and issue supplier Schedules 
  • Control of supplier requirements and ensuring that ordering and delivery is in line with supplier lead times and payment terms.
  • Working with Production to understand exceptional material requirements translating into material delivery plans. 
  • Liaise with MP&L Logistics Analyst regarding material requirements and timed changes to minimise scrap and obsolescence costs. 
  • Control of delivery notes.
  • Control of Supplier packaging levels and regular reporting of stock levels and damage container control to minimise financial impact.
  • Provide comprehensive efficient logistics support to all areas of the business 
  • Work with projects and purchasing to support change control and new product introduction.
  • Liaise with the third party and Supplier transport companies 
  • Control of SAP master data for allocated portfolio to ensure stock optimization delivery of Supplier requirements and business objectives. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong IT skills
  • MRP skills, preferably SAP
  • Excellent experience of Material Planning from within a fast- paced manufacturing background would be beneficial
  • Superb analytical skills
  • Essential – outstanding communication skills

Due to an upturn in orders, a position of MP& L (Logistics) Analyst has arisen. This is a busy manufacturing environment, and they can offer an IMMEDIATE START.

There is an increased and steady demand for their services and products and as their MP&L Analyst, you will be responsible for controlling a customer portfolio, to ensure that parts are delivered on time.  You will be joining a friendly team and there is plenty of scope for potential for progression.

DUTIES:

  • Manage all data and communication between plant and customer
  • Review customer call off and demand in line with forecast
  • Download customer schedules and provide analysis of customer schedules and highlight variances

REQUIREMENTS:

  • You will have gained your relevant experience from within a high- volume manufacturing environment
  • Strong MRP operational skills, preferably SAP but not essential
  • Excellent IT skills, MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
