I am looking to recuit a proven Maintenance Engineer to join a well-respected employer within the engineering manufacturing sector. As a Maintenance Engineer reporting to the Operations Director this will be a challenging position where no two days are the same. The successful candidate must have a good background in working with pneumatic equipment, mechanical fitting, and tool setting.

This Maintenance Engineer role is an Evening shift with hours for which are 5 pm – 1.30 am, Monday to Friday. Flexibility is required to deal with or finish urgent machinery breakdowns. Benefits include:

Service Engineer Duties:

  • The role requires ability to work in groups alongside others operating machinery in the same workshop.

The ideal candidate for this Laser Setter/Operator role must be experienced in:

  • Previous experience using Bystronic machines is essential 
  • Previous site experience would be advantageous together with a FLT license
  • Operating in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
