We are seeking to recruit a number proven Maintenance Technicians to join our plant maintenance and reliability team to support our operation within the London region.

Maintenance Technician Benefits:

  • Salary is negotiable dependant on your experience and ranges from £36,000 - £40,000

Duties of a Maintenance Technician:

  • As a Maintenance Technician you will be required to undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks throughout our plant.

Requirements of a Maintenance Technician:

  • You must be an Electrically qualified Maintenance Technician and hold multi skilled abilities having gained your experience of supporting plant within either a Manufacturing, Production or Process environment. For the higher salary banding your experience must extend to having experience of supporting Plc controls. 

This role is commutable from Buckhurst, Cheshunt, Edmonton, Enfield, Loughton, Woodford & Wood Green

As a Maintenance Engineering Storeperson you will be solely responsible for running the Engineering Stores which contain over 15,000 various engineering consumables and electrical / mechanical components that are used by the Maintenance Team on a daily basis. 

The stores system at present is going through the process of being automated, therefore if you have experience of working CMMS software such as SAP, Shires or Maximo you will feel at home.

  • Have previous experience running a Stores Department within an Engineering, Manufacturing or Production Environment.

In return for your skills and experience the company offer a negotiable salary in the region of £28,000 - £30,000 excellent holiday entitlement and company pension.

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

I am looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer on behalf of a Precision Engineering company. This is a multi-skilled role that will include Maintenance on machinery and facilities both Electrical and Mechanical. 

This is a day’s role with hours either 8am-4.30pm or 10am-6.30pm with a package of:

  • Salary £35,000 depending on experience. 
  • 25 days holiday

Along with an NVQ Level 3/ ONC/ City & Guilds the ideal candidate/ Maintenance Engineer must have previous experience with Electrical equipment including PLC controls and CNC machinery is desirable. 

The Maintenance Engineer role will include the following:

  • Provide preventive maintenance on all machinery and equipment to ensure effective running.
  • Review TPM schedules to ensure operatives complete in a timely manner and inform Team Leaders of deficiencies
  • Report back to the Maintenance Supervisor & Manager on concerns regarding the operational status of machinery
  • Ensure, through regular checks; the power, lighting, LEV and water systems are maintained.

The role will be responsible to Project Manager and optimised the sustainable use of the organisations Real Estate through management of strategic building & infrastructure projects on behalf of internal stakeholders with targets for delivery on time, to agreed quality and at agreed cost.

The position will independently lead multiple projects based on property (Real Estate) process, to provide functional & efficient work environments for the various internal business partners within given targets for cost, quality, time and life-cycle cost.
