Are you an experienced Injection Mould Technician or setter who is looking for a fantastic new opportunity?

A great client of ours is looking for an Injection Mould Technician to join their team. They supply in to Pharma, Automotive, Chemical, Oil and Household industries.

Duties:

  • As Injection Moulding Technician you will be setting and operating Injection Moulding machines.
  • maintaining the upkeep & hygiene of the machines.
  • Performing tool and colour changes. 
  • First line diagnostics and fault finding.
  • As Injection Moulding Technician you be responsible for the production of 1st off parts that meet the requirements of the Quality Plan and Master Sample
  • Troubleshooting and accurate diagnosis of process faults.

Requirements:

  • For the role of Injection Moulding Technician you will need previous Technician/Setting experience
  • Previous track record demonstrating precision tool setting experience.
  • Previous experience of using hot runner moulding machines.
  • Process optimisation experience including determining and setting parameters in addition to improving current processes.

DUTIES:

  • The Technical Manager will manage the quality team effectively

REQUIREMENTS:

  • The Technical Manager will require a background within Food manufacturing
  • Ideally you will have a strong knowledge and experience of Dairy Food Products
  • You will have good experience with HACCP and BRC standards
  • Excellent understanding of food safety & quality standards & legislation
  • The chosen candidate will have experience/knowledge of Level 3 HACCP
  • Experience with HACCP, TACCP and VACCP would be beneficial

  • The Quality engineer will support NPD.
  • In this role you will be responsible for problem solving and troubleshooting any issues regarding production.
  • Provide support to the Tool room and Production team regarding verification and validation testing.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • You will need previous experience in a Quality role.

  • A background in Plastics/Packaging/Aerospace/Food.
  • You will have experience with CMM equipment.
  • Ideally you will have experience in continuous improvement, Six Sigma would be advantageous.
