MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN

This is an exceptional opportunity for an Electrical biased maintenance engineer to join a leading organisation based in the Lancashire Area. An exceptional opportunity to join a company who design and manufacture. 

The Maintenance Electrician position is commutable from the following locations: Blackpool / Bolton / Preston / Burnley / Blackburn 

The Maintenance electrician will be required to work the following shift: Days – Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm

Duties and requirements the Maintenance electrician will hold and be responsible for: 

  • Strong fault-finding abilities on Mitsubishi PLC’s 
  • Experience within a blow moulding environment.  
  • Experience with: AC Inverters and DC Drives / Single and 3 Phase systems. 
  • Confident with both Hydraulics & Pneumatics / Bearings / Fluid systems / Steam systems / Press Machinery / Conveyor systems  
  • Must hold strong Electrical and Electronic abilities 
  •  We are looking for an Apprentice trained engineer 
  • Holding a ONC / City & Guilds Level 3 in electrical engineering 
  • Also holding their 18th IEE Wiring regulations. 
  • Flexibility is key as there will also be a call-out Rota in place – rotating Weekly

  • Flexible approach to working hours at short notice to meet customer requirements.
