MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
We have a Fantastic 3-Day Shift opportunity for a Mechanical maintenance engineer seeking a opportunity to join a Leading Manufacturing organisation based in Lancashire.
The Mechanical maintenance engineer’s position is commutable from the following locations: Blackburn / Preston / Burnley

Shift the maintenance engineer will be required to work: Weekend – Friday & Saturday 6am till 7pm and Sunday 6am till 6pm
Requirements and Responsibilities the Mechanical maintenance engineer will have:
- Previous experience to be held in a Foundry or CNC Environment.
- Experienced in Planned and Preventive maintenance
- Ideally Multi-Skilled – Mechanically biased – holding a slight electrical ability.
- Experience with Hydraulics & Pneumatic
- Previous experience with CNC Machinery / Conventional machines
- Ideally holding some fault-finding abilities on PLC / AC Drives and Servo drives
- Welding abilities would also be at an advantage
- Knowledge on Robotics would be ideal
- We are looking for an Apprentice trained maintenance engineer
- Holding a City & Guilds Level 3 in Mechanical engineer / NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical engineering

- Also holding their 18th IEE Wiring regulations.
