We are recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a busy process company on a mix of Morning, Day, and Late shift between the hours of 6am-8pm, 39-hour week.  As a Maintenance Supervisor within a team you will be required manage the staff and functions of the Engineering department to ensure the provision of effective Maintenance, repair and servicing of plant and building. 

Along with a salary of up to £40,000 the company offer 22+8 days holiday with an increase to 25 with service, a company pension with Aviva after 2 years with the company and free parking. The company require an ONC/ City & Guilds/ NVQ or Apprenticeship in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with Multi-Skilled ability.

Duties for Maintenance Supervisor:

  • To carry out any reasonable request made by Senior Management 
  • To stop operation of any unsafe plant or equipment 
  • To ensure all mechanical, electrical, plant, equipment and building problems are attended to 
  • To liaise with and oversee contractors and ensure their compliance with Company H&S Policy
