SALES ENGINEER DUTIES:

  • Must have a strong Technical knowledge of Sprinklers 
  • Construction & AutoCAD knowledge
  • Sound written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, and the capacity to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels

SALES ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS:

  • High level of computer literacy, with specific requirements for Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Understanding of BSEN 12845, BS9251, NFPA, FM global standards
  • Competency with FHC or other hydraulic calculation packages
  • Happy to travel to different parts of the UK at times

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Educated to technical degree level, or equivalent relevant industry qualification
  • Work experience in the process industries or with instrumentation is advantageous but not essential, as is commercial sales experience
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure and the capacity to work as a member of a team and as an individual
  • Comfortable with a consultative selling approach with questioning technique
  • Have a strong Technical background in either sales or engineering

DUTIES:

  • As Business Development Manager you will be expected to expand and discover new clients along with Identifying and supporting new business opportunities

3 Shift Rotas - 6am till 2pm / 2pm till 10pm & 10pm till 6am Sunday to Thursday

This Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer role is commutable from: Preston, Blackburn, Bolton, Warrington & Wigan
