We are Currently Assisting a World Wide organisation in their search for a Mechanical Biased maintenance Engineer with proven Electrical abilities  to join them on a Short Term Contract.

The Position Offers the following: 

  • 2 months Work
  • Paying £18.85 Per Hour 
  • Days only Working Monday to Friday 
  • Working 8 hours per day 
  • Working 40 hours a week 

Ideally the Right Maintenance Engineer Will hold the following: 

  • Previous Experience within a Similar position 
  • Ideally we are looking for this individual to hold relevant Electrical abilities i.e. Fault find abilities 
  • Previous dealing with Siemens PLC’s 
  • Previous Dealing within Repairs and Fault finding throughout 
  • Must be Competence on both the Mechanical and Electrical side 
  • Knowledge with the following: Troubleshooting, Assembly, Installing, Testing, Maintaining and making relevant improvements to Mechanical systems. 

Qualifications 

  • Ideally you will Be Apprentice trained 
  • Holding Formal Qualifications within Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 
  • Flexibility is Key to the role

  • Work closely with the Maintenance Planner/Shift Engineering Manager to ensure the smooth execution of both day-to-day maintenance tasks and shutdown work

To be successful in your role you will ideally need experience in working within a Maintenance Department especially a food manufacturing environment would be beneficial. The ideal candidate must hold an Apprenticeship in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Maintenance

  • Have experience of working with Computerised Stores Systems.
  • Have experience of performing and logging Stock Audits
