DUTIES:

  • As a Sales Executive it will be your duty to present and explain a range of IT service and management solutions
  • Updating existing and new clients on all of the different products that we have to offer 
  • Comply with quality and industry standards
  • Effectively use CRM system to source and generate own client pipeline
  • Keeping the accounts up to date and developing lead generation 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • This is an office-based role with the potential for some home working in the future 
  • Experience selling B2B 
  • Reporting to the Business Development Manager 
  • A proven track record in Sales
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic network infrastructure

  • A knowledge of thermal management would be advantageous
  • Have a history of driving sales and winning new business

Production Manager Role Summary

Manage the fabrication (sheet metal, welding and plating) activities of capital equipment and major spares contracts, to meet customer requirements. 
To ensure quality, delivery and cost performance of the Fabrication area, in line with company and departmental targets. 
Identify areas for improvement and drive through changes to gain bottom line results. 
Maintain a safe working environment, by ensuring that all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.

Candidate Requirements

  • Able to lead, motivate and manage personnel to achieve stretch targets.
  • Sound technical knowledge of capital equipment and spares manufacture. 
  • The Production Manager will be confident and decisive, with good people management and communication skills.
  • Able to liaise with Technical and Production Engineering to improve and develop products.
  • A knowledge of general computer packages (Word & Excel), with excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to act as a change agent within the department.
  • Good communicator at all levels. Able to work within cross-functional teams to achieve business results.

Production Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manufacturing Manager in implementing process change initiatives, cost reductions and achieving performance improvement targets.
  • Manage the fabrication of capital equipment and major spares contracts, to meet customer requirements. Provide fabrication expertise to other departments and functions.
  • Attend or chair daily/weekly/monthly meetings and briefs, as required, in order to communicate departmental/company information.
  • Ensure safe and clean working practices and monitor via housekeeping audits. Ensure orders and resources are prioritized and communicated accordingly.
  • Team development through appropriate coaching and training programmes. Monitoring and control of performance using Visual Management techniques.
  • Actively reduce or eliminate ‘waste’ activities and challenge existing processes and procedures.
  • Monitor quality issues to continually improve product and process quality. Maintain information in respect to methods, processes and procedural standards.
  • Management of direct reports.
  • Generate detailed fabrication plans in conjunction with the master schedule.
  • Deputise for the Manufacturing Manager and other supervisors, as and when required.
