Due to expansion across the business, this market leading organisation is seeking to appoint a Maintenance Electrician to join their already established Maintenance Engineering team. 

An opportunity to join a leading brand that continue to offer training and Development as well as progression opportunities. 

The Maintenance Electrician's role is commutable from the following Area’s: Rochdale / Bury / Bolton / Oldam / Manchester. 

Shift in place for the Maintenance Electrician: 3 Shift Rota – Mornings, Afternoons, Nights

Experience the Maintenance Electrician will hold: 

  • Experienced within a Manufacturing / FMCG Environment. 
  • Qualified to an HNC / City & Guilds / NVQ – Electrical engineering / Maintenance. 
  • 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations. 
  • Holding strong Electrical abilities. 
  • Experience with: Motor and Drives, Single & 3phase systems, AC & DC Speed Drives, PLC’s – Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley,

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • React to all Electrical Breakdowns throughout the site. 
  • Maintain Textiles Equipment 
  • Rectify issues and provide feedback on pending breakdowns & Issues. 
  • Read Electrical drawings. 
  • Computer Literate and able to process work orders – through MMS systems. 
  • Working to a Strict Deadline. 
  • Offer support as and when required throughout the site.
