Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and processing purchase orders (Pos)
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies or issues with orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and place replenishment orders as necessary.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams as needed.
• Assist with managing incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Verify shipment contents and ensure accuracy of order receipts.
• Communicate with freight companies and couriers to manage shipping schedules.
• Support the warehouse team with inventory management and reconciliation tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in purchasing / logistics is preferred
• Strong IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Word
• Knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes
