Key Responsibilities

The company produces a high volume of products for the engineering sector and these products comprise of small parts and components that are sourced from suppliers across globe to be assembled to a high quality standard in the West Midlands plant. The role will be working for the Operations Manager and assisting in the day-to-day activities of maintaining the manufacturing and assembly systems and processes to ensure the effective role out of new orders are met. This will involve becoming a key coordinator of information between all departments and teams and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and quality of daily operations.
The Graduate Manufacturing Engineer will hold key responsibilities for scheduling and planning and the reconfiguration of production cells, communicating and liaising with the R&D and Operations teams for upcoming projects to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and implement efficiency improvements.
