Sales / Marketing Support Person (Chemical Engineering)

We have an excellent opportunity to join a global Chemical Process Machinery and Systems provider, who are looking to strengthen their Internal Sales Support Team in the South Staffordshire area.

The company have a strong global operation and manufacture across Europe, State-of-the-Art Machinery and Systems that support a myriad of industry sectors that are involved in the process of Chemicals.

Based within the internal team the role will assist in the support of major tenders and quotes and the outward marketing of new technologies and services to new and existing customers.

This process is more of a consultative and measured approached, where tenders will often require a great deal of research and collation to provide a detailed 20 pages plus report that all parties (Mainly Technical / Engineering biased Customers and Subcontractors) can read, understand and agree.

This role will also be responsible for liaison and maintaining the existing customer base with the latest news regarding new technologies and the services that can be offered. This would also include attending trade shows across the world and internal group seminars that may also be international.

The right candidate for this role will either be someone with a strong Sales and Marketing background associated to the Chemical Process Industry, or an Engineer / Project Engineer with a Chemical Engineering qualification that is looking to move more towards project/ sales engineering.

This position is open to all levels of experience; from Junior to people with offer 30 years industry knowledge. However all applying applicants must already be eligible to live and work in the UK without the need for additional Visa’s or sponsorship.
