Job: Aftersales Administrator
Shifts: Days with an early finish on a Friday
Location: Kempston

COMPANY:

A global organization is looking for an aftersales administrator to join their team based in Kempston. The company export worldwide and are looking to expand over the next few years. The aftersales team make up a large portion over of overall sales and the team is extremely stable.

DUTIES:

As an aftersales administrator , your job will include, but not be limited too;

  • Dealing with enquiries and quotations
  • Processing all sales
  • Liaising with other departments, such as stores and goods ready.
  • Chasing payment
  • Importing and Exporting
  • Invoicing.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate should have previous experience with sale order processing and be confident in talking to customers via telephone and email. Candidates with experience in exporting would be at an advantage due to the additional paperwork. Although the role will include 3 months training, candidates should have a positive attitude, be proactive and be looking for a long term career.
