A progressive modern high volume manufacturing organisation have a requirement for a Quality Assurance Technician.

They have truly cornered the market place in terms of their product and services which has given them huge opportunities for continued growth.

As their Quality Assurance Technician, you will coordinate internal auditing on the plant against internal and BRC standards.

No one else does what they do, making them unique and special place to be.


  • Coordinate and conduct the continual auditing of the plant against internal and BRC standards
  • Ensure compliance across all departments
  • Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
  • Device and run data analytics in the QA Department
  • Coordinate the HACCP team
  • Design and deliver training sessions
  • Challenge employees and departments who are not following Company policies and procedures
  • Documentation control
  • Internal audits
  • Handling complaints
  • Management of product withdrawals and recalls


  • It is essential that you have gained your experience from within a manufacturing environment, ideally food or food packaging
  • Sound knowledge of BRC standard or previous experience of ISO14001
  • Internal auditing experience
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • To have the ability to deliver training sessions
  • Ideally, you will have exposure to working in a continuous improvement type of culture

This role would suit a strong Quality Assurance Technician, who is looking to be part of a growing, strong well established manufacturing plant.  Long-term prospects look set to be excellent
