This is a high volume, lean manufacturing Company, who are experiencing consistent growth and they need ambitious and motivated Engineers to join them.


  • Contribute to the design and definition of the production processes
  • Identification of improvements in the process
  • Implementation of continuous improvement activities
  • Adhering to Quality standards
  • Drafting equipment specification documents
  • Participation of quotation proposals
  • Monitor the project during the development stage
  • Co-ordinating failure mode analysis of resources
  • Maintain technical details of process data and introduce changes when required
  • Production capacity utilisation
  • Waste reduction


  • You will have relevant Process Engineering / Technician experience, gained from within manufacturing
  • A curious and enquiring mind
  • To have the ability to work at a fast pace and to be able to swiftly change direction
  • Strong decision making abilities
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Proactive and ambitious
