Probe Technical are looking to recruit a full time and permanent CNC Shop Supervisor to join a recognised world leader in their Manufacturing facility. We are looking for a dynamic person who has good engineering background to work in a friendly environment, excellent working conditions and stable permanent employment.

The package details for the role of CNC Shop Supervisor includes:

• Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience 
• Days Monday – Friday 
• Company pension
• 22 + 8 days Holiday
• Potential for overtime 
• Discretionary company bonus 

The successful applicant for the CNC Shop Supervisor role must be able to read Engineering Drawings, work to precision tolerances, this position is a very hands-on role. Some duties include: 

Appropriate experience/qualifications

• Machining CNC milling/lather experience on medium large components is required. 
• Organising workflow and ensuring work is completed promptly
• Helping manage daily operations, and making important decisions such as managing resources, workflows, and quality control to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest standards.
• Experience of fabrication/fitting would be an advantage.

The role of CNC Shop Supervisor is commutable from Tamworth, Lichfield, Burton on Trent and Cannock surrounding areas.
